The invoice for export material must present:

  1. Complete company´s information (address/corporation´s name/corporate taxpayer registry/sender´s contact information with a phone number and e-mail).                                                     
  2. Complete description of all the material (name/quantity/prices/weight/codes).                                               
  3. Please add a description in the invoice stating that the material´s final destinations is IUFOST 2012 Event – 16th World Congress of Food Science and Technology - date: august, 5-9/2012 and that the material is part of the event´s exhibition.
