The deadline for abstract submission is fast approaching. Submit your abstract now  Ten sessions are reserved for oral presentations of selected submitted abstracts – consisting of 70 to 75 papers. Posters will be displayed the whole day and discussed with the authors in two one-hour sessions per day. Let us showcase your research.

Communication the Publications Committee

The 16th IUFoST World Congress of Food Science and Technology is developing a plan to publish edited versions of some of the presentations at this event. 

The plans underway include the publication of a Book and Special Issues with two journals. 

All of these publications will be peer-reviewed by national and international colleagues identified by the Scientific Committee. 

We will keep you informed in relation to these publications once more information becomes available.
