The IUFoST 2012 Trade Exhibition will run concurrently with the 16th World Congress of Food Science and Techonology, on August 5 to 8 from 10:00 to 18:00. The exhibition will showcase Brazilian products, suppliers and expertise, as well as featuring Latin American and International exhibitors.

The exhibition is a "must visit" for the congress delegates.
